My wife and I just got married and she recently updated her license but still had her last one to identify herself and we honestly feel like the lady there just didn't want to do our title app. We have been to 3 so far and she's the only one that said "they didn't get accept it" SHE WAS JUST BEING LAZY!!!! trukeysha henderson- 3 years ago2.05 stars for the in house customer service...but the time I waisted when this company sent me a paper in the mail saying I was pre approved to only get there and find that was a lie. Please use another way to get new customers to come to the cash store. Stop lying saying that I was pre approved...I don't like waisting my time. Plus how did this company get my information in the first place. I never applied or inquired about a loan.
