Max Oke- 3 years ago1.0Nothing short of a HORRIBLE experience. Before coming in, I called to check my balance and see if any document was needed before coming in to get another loan. The rep confirmed my balance and said no document would be needed before getting another loan and that I just needed to pay off the first loan. Sounded good, so I went to the store to pay off my loan and told her I would be requesting another loan. She then said they needed another pay stub. I told her that i was told over the phone (BY THIS SAME STORE) that I didn’t need any documents. This rep insisted without giving me any valid explanation . So I was able to find the most recent one I could find on short notice, which was 4-5 weeks ago. She then said it had to be PDF. So I took an extra few mins to find her the PDF version, once I did that, she then says she can’t accept it because it’s not within 30 days. NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER FROM THE REP AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME HAVING TO DRIVE OVER THERE! Please train your reps on being more knowledgeable on what is truly needed from the customers and how to communicate that in a more understandable way so that they are not wasting their time driving up there for no reason!
