Natashia Thigpen- a year ago1.0These reviews aren’t true for me. I was suddenly hurt on my job, and couldn’t work. Before everything got out of hand I called them to have them adjust payments that could fit my new budget. The lady Kelly was very sarcastic, and didn’t help. I asked to speak with a higher manager several times, and got excuses of why they wouldn’t call, was told they would tell me the same thing, or told I would get called back. Never happened. They took me to court. Refused my offers to try to pay before garnishment several times. Lied so I could miss court by sending papers to appear without the second paper with the courtroom information. Then towards the end had me appear in court twice and they never showed up. They never sent the garnishment papers filled out so they take what they want, which is more than what I was paying monthly. I don’t know what everyone else is talking about but this is not the service I received. Bad company. Use a company that is willing to help if an emergency like mine occurs. This is not the one.
