Casey Mooney- 2 years ago1.0Lonestar AG was very easy to work with in the beginning of our mortgage. That all changed. Rates were high during the start of our mortgage. My wife and I tried numerous times to refi (in house) due to rates dropping. They denied us for approximately 11 years. We called Quicken Loans (Rocket Mortgage) and transitioned over very easily and dropped our rates almost 3 pts. No credit was ever reported as well.
