Veronica Nesbitt- a year ago1.0All the other women who work in this kenosha location are awesome nice caring and understanding. The store manager Katie she is horrible rude and inconsiderate. She talks at me as if I'm her child all because I'm delinquent and my doctor took me off work and I'm waiting on disability cause I'm considered disabled. The store manager does not care I think she don't like disabled people and have no empathy the way she down talks at me. I will suggest hopefully life situation don't happen to nobody while you have a loan out cause when you can't work do to a illness the store manager is rude and nasty about it.

janette sanchez- 2 years ago1.0I made my payment early, they made a mistake and now they're harassing me over 12$. You'd think since it was your fault, You'd maybe add it to next month's bill as an apology for the inconvenience?? Instead they plan to blow up my phone for a month. Lovely
