david ellenburg- 3 years ago1.0Say they will approve you for a loan and call them back to get the results say you're approved but not approved refuse to get your application approved for a loan. Very bad customer service and all around bad at being professional with you on the phone. They will not get the approval that i got from one of their other locations transferred to their office. So I could get the loan amount that I was approved for.
