Olivia Morgan- a year ago5.0I’m not sure if my son and I dealt with the owner or an employee. Either way, the person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with my son, helping him with the guitars. Never once did the worker seem put out or annoyed by dealing with a 15-year-old kid. Unfortunately, several times in the past, my son has been disregarded for being a child. Anyone could see how much my son wanted this guitar. However, he wasn’t pressured to make a decision right then and there. My son was even encouraged to take some time to think about it. I definitely would trust any business dealing with this store!

Mindy Early- a year ago1.0Update: to respond to you. When I pawned the items none of them were tested to ensure they worked before yall took the items and gave me the money. So the employee who loaned me the items evidently didn't follow policy from the beginning. So how an I to know what the rest of what you say is true? I was treated disrespectly regardless when I called about the issue.
Response from the ownerMindy Early, So Sorry this happened. The items are under 24/7 camera surveillance so we can rule out error on our part. Sometimes electronics have issues but once we receive them they are in the same condition that they were received when presented for pick up. We notice you called 3 days after pick up to inquire with us. I understand you may not have had a chance to test the system. What about the other system that was with it? The Nintendo? It was with the xbox. It's working fine? Did you try hooking up the power cord to a different outlet? Switching the HDMI cable? Maybe something happened on the way home? We could have tried to assess the issue if on the same day as pick up but once it leaves, unfortunately it is no longer our responsibility.

I was in a good mood, seeking information more than actual money today. I found out that professionals are few and far between
