However, the resulting experience was unsatisfactory: submitted all paperwork for an upgrade and waited for two weeks while the website showed a "pending" status. Sent an email asking for an update - no response received. Finally reached someone in the office who said my application had been declined, despite no information from the company nor update to its website.
