I spoke with another CSR, Josiah, who was able to get a check deposited for me. While I appreciate this effort, the funds were not available to me until 12/28. Very frustrating, but completed. Hats off to Josiah who dealt with my frustration and anger in a very professional manner, and doing what he could to help.
