Linda Lang- a year ago1.0I would give no stars but that is not an option. Friday we were approved for the loan we needed. Credit reports pulled and approved. Saturday we went into the office to pick up the check and sign the papers. The district manager, over the computer messaging with the girl on the office, kept trying to talk us into more money than what we need. When we repeatedly decline and only agreed to the lower amount then he didn't like that very much. Needless to say we ended up leaving without the money that we needed. I will NOT be strong armed or bullied into making a bad financial decision. Josh Trenpohl is a very ignorant and impersonal businessman that does not care about his customers. I would NOT recommend that anybody deal with Heights Finance.
