Roberta Bolin- a year ago1.0Just turned down my stepdaughter for a loan, and when asked why, was told because no credit and has only worked 5 months...? Ok COVID has been going on for 2 years, and she just graduated high school this past May and turned 18, 3 months ago..so she was pretty much turned away for no reason, not even counter offered a loan. She has worked since she graduated and that's still not enough for them to even give her a chance or, to,ask why she hasn't worked or why she don't have credit. The girl was very rude when my daughter asked why, first it was because of no credit,then it was because of length of job. She left her first job, to make more money, and was only without work for a week n betwn! But yet after being told to call back multiple times, when app, was put online early this morning and told would have an answer n hr or 2, and 4 hrs later, told, "I am sorry, I've been doing interviews today, call me back n 30 mins ? She Called them back and was denied. Here she is 18, and just needed more money for her down payment for her first car, and was shot down, by World Finance and has over $1500 of free income a month, that should've qualified her for at least something, and they didn't even try to help her. That's truly discriminating to a Young person that's actually trying to better themselves! How r u about ur customers if they t a burden to ur busy schedules..?
