Mark Kallio- 2 years ago1.0Taylor (branch manager) is a horrible person. Spoke with her at 1pm on 2/22/21 and had everything set and was apporoved for a loan. Told to bring documents down with an appointment at 4pm. She calls back at 120pm and all of a sudden she cant do it. Your job is to check before you say approved. Obviously she cant do her job and needs to be let go. Cant believe people!!!!!!
