Been getting daily calls from this place for a brother I DON'T EVEN HAVE! So I think I need to lawyer up. They are obviously not checking references or message numbers for legitimacy. So someone is using my information here to obtain a loan they're probably not even going to pay back. Which usually means the references can also take a credit hit.I did not vouch for anyone or any loan. I do not condone the illegal usage of my information. I swear if my credit is effected I will get a lawyer. BE BETTER AND PROPERLY VETT INFORMATION GIVEN TO YOU. It's not brain surgery to verify a number before using to hound innocent people. Besides I'd never come to such a predatory loan place.

The lady that helped me was very professional and polite

In the last 3 days they have called. The first lady I talked to I explained when I made my payment that I would make another on the next month on the 29. Now the broad that calls herself the mgr has call the 2 days and I told her the same thing and that the lady I talked to the day before said she noted it on the acct. Well here's how they lie...the mgr said there was no notes. That they had me scheduled for a payment on the 16 when there wasn't one. They took it upon themselves to make that arrangement. So today she calls about getting me into the office and that they need to see me, but I told her she knows I work the same hours they do so how is that even possible. Still don't want to listen, only hearing themselves. Really ridiculous.

Just called to give them a heads up about why I wasn't able to pay yet and when I could start paying and the collections agent was really rude, and didn't seem to grasp any concept of logic.

Bad customer service and not willing to help at all. When payment is late they say. " So you're telling us you want us to pick up yor vehicle"? Bad business all around and very rude.
