This business allowed our sons car to go to an employees personal home over 25 miles away without our permission after they got it from the impound yard because our son parked in the wrong spot the first night at his new apartment complex. We were told they were taking the car to their impound lot and they lied. We paid over $1300 and they refused a receipt, they refused to give the car back until the following Tuesday almost a week later. They threatened to tack on more towing and storage fees if we questioned the car to come quicker. Kim also threatened on video she would not even come into work the day she was suppose to bring the car if we wanted to question her. This is illegal and bad business practices. They have been reported to the BBB and our attorney has been advised. Civil suit coming soon. Beware of this shady business and unprofessional employees. We did get the car back with a lot of extra miles on it, flat tire they put fix a flat in and now having issues starting up. This car never had those issues before they got it. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
