I think the confusion here is when the nice lady was getting information from him, he could not provide places where he had established credit. Established active credit is required here. I'm sorry we were not able to help Mr. Freeman.

They just lost out on potential business for no good reason. If thats how they do businesses the one who runs this district or store might want to check out what they are telling potential customers over the phone. Worst customer service ever.
