Rosemarie Garduno- a year ago1.0They wouldn't even consider my application because I'm on maternity leave, even though I am employed full time. I just gave birth a month and a half ago and have a newborn I have to care for and they won't consider me. It's cruel that they treat new mothers this way. After being pregnant for nine months and going through a traumatic birthing and recovery experience you would think they'd understand new mothers have been through enough already.
