Michael Tindill- a year ago1.0Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude on the phone, treats clients like garbage. Avoid dealing with this branch, as whoever is the supervisor there doesn’t monitor employees and their performance. Referencing a woman I believe who’s name was Nina, absolutely rude and I’m disgusted with her attitude she had when I just asked if my $4,000 payment went through. Nina if you read this, you really should consider doing a job not in customer service, especially dealing with high amounts of cash. Thank you.
