Response from the ownerI did not use the term "it was to low for me to bother", I don't talk to none of my customers in that verbiage. I am not sure of the circumstance of the bond, what county etc. I am sorry I could not help you, but please don't use the term that you used. There is situations where I have chose not to post a bond.
Judy Trujillo- 4 years ago1.0I had the worst experience ever and it's still not over. This place was recommended to me so I used them to bail out my nephew. I paid $600 to get him out. He missed his court date and I received a bill for $500. I called the office and the lady there was very rude. She would not give me payment options and stated they wanted the money in 30 days or it would be sent to an attorney and I could go to jail. Recently someone showed up at my job and stated they were putting a warrant for my arrest regarding bonding my nephew out. I called the office again to find out what was going on,again the woman was very rude. Stating it's my fault for not updating my address and it was sent to an attorney but she didn't know who. then she goes on to say I committed insurance fraud and I should be arrested. This was and still is the worst experience ever.
Response from the ownerFirst I can't find your name in my files, maybe your under another name. As you stated you received a bill for the bounty hunting fees. I'm not sure how the attorney was able to get in touch with you if I had the wrong address, I supplied him with the information in my file. As well I do not have the power or authority to issue a warrant the Judge has to order a warrant. Please provide me with your nephews name, from what you have stated I am assuming your nephew was on a 10,000.00 dollar bond in which you signed guaranteeing you had this money available to pay in the event he missed court in which he did from your review, so you ought to be thanking me that I saved you 9500.00. If you would like to contact me I would be glad to accept you call.

I believe you were just in the office, we provided bail at your request, we faxed paperwork to you to make the process convenient.. bond was posted immediately. Was there a problem that the Defendant had to comply by coming into my office to do his paperwork, which is standard procedure for all defendants that I carry bond for?
