    Hi. I wanted to give a rating for my customer service representative (manager) Sophia. I am a dog trainer and having trouble with surgerys, covid and a long period of no jobs Sophia worked with me time after time. She has always been courteous and truly wanted to work with me. Communication is so important and I lack in that, but she really listened and encouraged me that things will get better. Sophia you are defiantly 5 star and I thank you so much.

    They are no good for nothing. They have poor customer service. They do not give an grace period demanding payment if one day late threatens NON STOP that they will send someone out to your residence to repo the vehicle and wanting to charge a service of $55.00 on top. This is just a poor unprofessional financial company that I ever dealt with and will never use again.Sophia is a manager I don’t know how she has that position she is so RUDE and wants to lecture a grown person like a 2yr old????‍♀️. I can go on and on about this company.

    The insurance department is not doing their job we keep receiving msgs email that our car is not insured therefore they add $300 additional so it's like every 6 months they've been doing that for the past years.. anyway we notify insurance they sent them we sent them or even provide hard copy to the office but still months pass they still don't have their copy of our insurance..so what do they do at work? So be aware of all the additional fees we will never use them after this car we are done with them and we will discourage our friends and families too
