When I first received my loan I filled out an agreement that stated if I was to become hospitalized tower loan would pick up payments. I had 2 surgeries between July-September of 2021 I had proof but still was treated like I'm one of those people who just didn't want to pay their bills. Smh. I wish I could remember the disrespectful female who spoke with me. I would post her name. So unprofessional. I hope this helps someone.

Gabreiale Loden- 4 years ago1.0The Manager there is Grady and he is very Rude. He does not know his job and likes to threaten his customers with laws that are incorrect. His Customer service is horrible. The reason for the star are the other workers. Grady does not confirm documents on mortgage loan amounts before closing. I personally had an account closed because he did this. I love Tower Loan but I do not like working with this office because of him.
