I'm self-employed so they told me they had to validate my income through a couple managers. But it's been a week and I can't seem to get a return phone call. I've called during business hours and left voicemails and have not had my calls returned. I have since applied and been approved for a loan through another company. I assume One Main cannot help me, but it would have been nice to have a little more communication.
