my experience with transport funding started in oct / nov of 2019. when I first started out as a new business owner at that time, for the first couple of months I had a couple of issues making payments on time but I wasn’t past due by more than a week. Then Covid-19 happened. the only negative experience I had with transport funding starts now. I know banks around the world handled the pandemic differently but I also understand that banks need to start getting paid back. I am from california and was only given a 3 month extension. i didnt start working until 2 months after that. Needless to say it was difficult for me and my family to get aligned from that point on. Until this point I didn’t have a contact with transport funding. Enter Wayne Carter. He became my primary contact and he has been the best part of my experience to getting my loan paid in full with the company. We kept in contact fairly often and he always worked with me on my payments even when I couldn’t afford to pay in full for the month which set me back for many months. I got to a point where I was two months behind AFTER I mad my payment. But Wayne kept reaching out to me every month and I was able to talk to him, albeit only ever over email, to come up with an acceptable payment. I have had a very stressful past three years but I have to say, it could have been worse. And Wayne, again was a huge part of my eventual success. On 08/05/2022, I paid my load off in full just under 3 years in a 4 year contract. Other banks could have repossessed my vehicle and at times I did think that they eventually would, but because of people like Wayne, I was able to keep my vehicle and pay it off. I should also mention that during my time, they never reported my delinquency to my personal and or business credit. That could have had major impacts on me today. If you are reading this, I don’t condone being in bad standings with any lender like I was with transport funding, but life, aside from Covid-19, can be tough. Especially as a single member business owner. It’s people like Wayne who can make the difference between absolute failure and complete success and he will be the reason why I remember transport funding and can tell this story to not only my family which I have, but other people that I meet in the business world. I recommend using Transport Funding and thanks again to Wayne Carter.
