Aubrie Frye- a year ago1.0I went into the Murray branch today to check on my online application. After finally ending a personal call the only teller there “Italy” told me I had applied in Provo, and said I’d have to sit down and review the application. I applied online to save time as I only have a short lunch and Italy rudely replied to my question of how long it would take by saying the sooner I sat down and answered questions the faster it would be. Needless to say, I walked out.

serena marron- a year ago1.0My mother loaned from Italy she was extremely rude, told her she couldn't complete the paperwork unless it was in black pen and tried to apologize after telling her that she could go somewhere else. She was lucky I wasn't there today as I also worked for a loan company for years and know how it works, I would have had input on her service.
