    The unprofessionalism was astonishing. My appointment for my car viewing was rescheduled due to weather conditions and I lost opportunity for a loan because of it. Sean claimed it was his mistake and was unable to rectify it. I am at a loss of words for how poorly this establishment handled themselves.

    Is this a scam company. First they put 850,00 dollars in my bank account. I was told go to walmart and buy 2. Visa cards, and put 420.00 on each card. Then take pictures of both cards so I could get loan, I was trying to get. The money was said to be a scame by my bank. .s

The scam uses OneMain Financial’s name, logo, and at times branch contact information as part of the scheme. The scammers can exploit the victim’s phone, text and email accounts with wording and/or documents posing as OneMain Financial representatives.

    Well to start if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is not professional at all! I was getting some answers for my husband to get a loan and we were dealing with Amanda. When I first talked to her she had an attitude and I was just trying to ask questions so that there was no confusion. She gave the info and we decided we were going to do the loan and them something just didn't feel right so I ask Amanda more questions which she had an attitude and seemed to be put out. Well we decided to go in a different direction and I called Amanda and told her the news and she really had a bad attitude then. I told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and treatment and she hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never do business with One Main because of Amanda!!! She does not need to be in customer service!
