I would give a zero if I could. They did a bait and switch on a loan and operated in bad faith. Be very careful and read ever page and every line as they may say one thing and do the other. They had several chances to correct the issue and do the right thing and choose not to. You have plenty of other options and they give much better terms and rates. Most importantly unlike WCP they are honest

He was transparent and upfront all through out his communications and we closed our deal just on time.
