Charles Davis- a year ago1.0*Update* I contacted the head office where I was told their was nothing that could be done and "I don't have an answer for that". I was told that the complaint office would have better knowledge and the ability to address my issues more effectively. Left 3 messages with them, yet to get a responds back weeks later. Seems the dis-value of customers and the safety of their personal information trickles down from the top. Yet they come here and ask me to contact them for what purpose. Your not going to reply back to my message. They have a complaint department for the sole purpose of responding with a cut and paste reply to reviews. As an effort to give the illusion of care and concern.
