I've dealt with better. Want go back nor recommended them to anyone. The owner was present but thanks for the reply at least i didn't have a lot of time invested in this.
Response from the ownerHi Frankie. We apologize for the experience that you had with us. Under GA Title Pawn Laws, we cannot complete title pawns without all parties involved being present.

Reyna (however you spell it) and Morgan are SO rude to work with! Refused to give the owners info, claimed they were the “only” people I could talk to and they were NO help. Said it was “out of there hands” when my title was not returned to me AFTER paying them off. I’ve seen Henriett Hajdune is the owner but can not find no way to get ahold of him. Not to mention the day I was getting my loan one of the other employees from another office rushed in and was SO rude to the lady helping me, I was actually embarrassed for her. Neither Reyna nor Morgan helped me initially in the Hartwell office, so it had to be one of them that was rude to the employee who helped me. They said 5-7 business days but it’s been over a month now. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially considering they took my title so they should be able to help locate it or give the manager or owners info so they could help but instead told me it was up to me to call the state and see where my title was! Will never go back here again.

We have used Tri County Title Pawn twice. They are very friendly, and seem to genuinely want to help you. The interest rates are reasonable and if you are going to be late on a payment they will/can accommodate you. They don't want to repo your ride so just make sure to stay in contact if you run into financial hardship.
