I’ve done business with multiple loan places, even work at another one myslelf and have never seen or heard some of the most unprofessional, illegal things in my life! Delana the manager has people on speaker phone even while other customers are in the office taking payments and having conversations, also was harassing me; calling me back to back as well as calling my job (even though she was told multiple times I could not have personal calls) and calling me from blocked numbers (which is illegal) all while my payment was 2-3 days late and I had already told them when I would be paying! After paying out she has also told other loan companies that I have had loans there.. (again highly illegal!) this office should be shut down! Even the supervisor doesn’t handle anything

She gave my boyfriend a loan when we had only lived in our apartment for a week and he gets paid under the table, but didn't approve me because I haven't lived in my place of residence long enough (lived here for over a month now) or had my job long enough (been employed for about a month, have bank statements that she didn't ask for btw).... She doesn't even know if he really HAS a job. like really??? Then she was rude on top of that! I waited for them to call me back yesterday, and nothing. and she it mad when I called it out, but seriously she is truly running a trashy business up there. This woman made me literally come ALL the way out of character she was so UGLY to me. wow. Hopefully they step it up over there just TERRIBLE.
