Whisper Silver- a year ago1.0The only reason this place has one star is because of Mindy. Otherwise I’d give it 0 stars because the customer service that the “supervisor” Kelly provides is by far some of the rudest of ever experienced. Not sure how she got into the position that she did, but she is always rude when I call but today was the absolute worst by far. When you are in the business of customer service , you have to speak to people with a certain etiquette and Kelly lacks etiquette and class. When/if she leaves this place would get 5 stars. I’ve been coming for years because of the pleasant demeanor of Mindy, but I can assure you I will be working overtime to pay my loan off to NEVER deal with Kelly again.
