Personal- a year ago1.0I received a Pre-Approval in the mail as well as applied online, both were accepted. When I arrived at the store it was a completely different story. They stated that they couldn’t verify my identity although I had all the proper documentation. The agent was very nice and professional up until that. As the previous review stated, they do judge you as soon as you walk through the door, you can feel it. Complete waste of my time. I would NOT recommend.
