Damien Bridges- 3 years ago5.0Final update: So I called in, turns out their phones are actually in location as it states which is wonderful, I just have bad timing myself it seems. Got in touch with someone, they unfortunately did not lower the APR of the loan but instead of 36 months I've been given, which in the long run I'm spending more, but its a lower monthly payment. They were very efficient and timely in explaining all of the details and even offered me a higher loan which I declined just for my own wallets well-being. Wonderful staff, super friendly and I got the money the next day in my bank I provided. Overall great experience, a few issues but nothing is perfect, as far as business and professionalism they were wonderful. I think some of the comments on here with lower reviews might have something to do with people who cannot manage their money/payments and fall behind. Do understand they ARE a loan company, they do have an obligation to hold up their part but as well as to make sure you follow up on yours.
