Liberty Blue- a year ago1.0Posting again because they took down previous comment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! They will do everything they can to pevent you from getting out of the loan. Hang up on customers when calling for assistance. Corporate office does not provide a way for customers to reach them. They have blocked me from making payments online and will not tell me why! When I made a payment over the phone, they held the payment three to four days before posting it and that showed my payment being late and they made more money from interest added. I have filled a complaint with the state of AL!!! This complaint and negative review is for the Cullman branch, Arab branch, and your corporate office! I've been trying sine July of 2022 to get someone from corporate to respond to me. I called your quality assurance number this morning. Still no response. Funny thing is, my loan is not in default, it is not late, and I have the money to make the payment. Why would a reputable business block a customer from making a payment on the website? A reputable company would not.

Jessica Seagroves- a year ago1.0I absolutely hate to even give this place one star. But the customer service is insane! The lady that answers the phone there is the most inconsiderate, rudest person I have spoke with. When you have a hard time financially, it is hard enough asking for help. This place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! They act like it is TORTURE to do an application and give you a loan. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
