They lend on a variety of deals, I’ve done multi family flips, new construction, and fire damage rehab. There are two things I like most with Emcap 1. They can close a deal fast... a lot of private money say they can, but from my experience they can’t. Emcap closes. 2. Draw requests. They get you your rehab money funded into your account fast! I have had an inspector out at my project in the morning and funds were in my account by the end of the day. I would highly recommend using them for your next project. Friendly knowledgeable staff that go the extra mile to get your deal done. Every flipper give them a shot!
