bethelehem tamire- 3 years ago1.0These people are what I believe to be identity thieves. Even after refusing to utilize their services for tax preparation....they refused to shred documents with my identity and social security number them. Even though I am not a customer, Lakita Proctor (manager) claimed the need to keep my information for 7 years. She never validated my identity via my drivers license and refused to destroy the documents. She had few if any knowledgeable answers to the initial questions I did pose, which led me to believe that she doesn't know much about tax preparation. It was at that point I decided to go elsewhere for tax preparation services and at that time, their refusal to delete/destroy/ return my identifying information. Stay away from this place.
