Missy Momo- a year ago1.0I can't speak for the physical office but the customer service online is atrocious. Please be wary that they store your bank account information and debit card information and do not allow you to delete it, even if you opt out of the loan. Per the agent "Maui" I spoke with, they store your information for 30 days, then it becomes inactive. While I asked what "inactive" status entails, and if I can have my information removed once inactive, "Maui" disconnected the chat. I was "fortunate" enough to receive her again in the chat and tried to speak to her rationally. She was embarrassingly illiterate and rude. She then directed me to call instead of responding to the question at hand. There are better options online, don't let this recession put you in a weird position with a shady company.
