Response from the ownerHi Irena, I'm sorry you feel that we lost you money but a prequal letter does not guarantee a loan approval especially on property where we feel like you are paying too much. You applied for a loan on June 17th and we responded back asking for photos and additional comps to support your after repair value (ARV) on the same day. We did not hear from until June 29th the day of your closing. Your property backed Cactus road and sided another busy street. We never gave you a loan approval for this property and in fact thought you were paying too much for the property. If you need additional information please feel free to reach out to us.
