Then when they de-activated my card, they deactivated All cards on my account. Needed 2 new cards w/ chips & temp cards have No Chip. Phone customer service was Bad!!!!!!

B Hunt- a year ago1.0I had $100 missing after paying rent . Was rushed out the door before they closed at 6 ,while waiting for Oklahoma city police department. The police said it's a civil matter . So my rent was $545 somehow had an extra $100 missing from change and only got credit for $545. I do not recommend this place not unless you have an extra $100 to loose I do not . If I could they would get no stars. After a week of phone calls I'm told I won't get a refund . At no time did anyone say we reviewed the camera footage . The come back with you haf to go somewhere else wrong . Moral of this mistake you pay rent at cash express if there is any problems police say it's a civil matter and you get no help from the company. I would not recommend this place to anyone . And they claim they investigate ,. They got cameras but I guess it's for their purpose only . Your investigation was pathetic yo say the least
