The attitude was just unnecessary, just because you're working on a Saturday and don't want to be there doesn't mean you need to take it out on others. If a new customer has questions, answer them, anything else is extra and will (just like now) cost you a customer.

The link I had for my check stubs and bank statement waws not correct. Dakota worked with me for over a hour helping me get what I needed! I walked out with my extra cash and a brand new view on people. Usually people are mean hearted now days and would have told me I need to come back when I'm ready. Dakota did nothing but the opposite and was truly amazing. I had to write a review. She needs a raise or be higher up. Simply amazing service.
