Ishtiaq and Jennifer were on point and delivered excellent customer service. When I wanted to give up, they reminded me how hard I worked on my file.

I would give no stars if possible. I can’t complain about the customer service representatives that took my calls, they were quick to answer.

This company definitely does not work, do not waste your time filling out the application or risk your business, I spent more than 3 months with the process of my application, and after they make me wait, invest money in expensive insurance, spend on accountants, they asked me for the same papers more than 3 times, I called customer service every day that every day they gave different versions to the point that they had already given me a date to receive the insurance funds they call me and tell me that they cannot proceed with my application after be pre-approved and more than 3 months sending documents. They do not work organized and afterwards nobody wants to take responsibility, not even management. THEY DON'T WORK, if you don't want to lose your business, don't apply based on experience with this company, and they don't have good communication either. The employees damaged my application.

Someone from lendistry called me and said they've provided training to the staff on the issues I reported and will continue to improve their processes.

We sought services in hopes of receiving a loan for our small business in April . We were informed we qualified , submitted all the documents they requested, then continuously received contradicting information from each person involved in our loan. Each person did not know what the other person requested , they all received the same information then would say they did not receive it, then each person would request the same form but with additional /different information . We are now in September and were informed the loan amount we requested could not be done and we could only receive half the amount even after adding them to our life insurance policy and our rental properties ( which is not required by the SBA) . This is the most unorganized , unprofessional, and untruthful organization we have ever sought assistance from . Never again will we trust an organization as this .

Deadlines were met as requested but there was no response from underwriting if very little. One of two underwriter was out for a week one loan officer one account quit or was longer with the Lendistry. I wish I could have given a better review better the way I was treated all I could think why so difficult for us?

I received my 3rd email from CA Relief Grant program through Lendistry, informing me that my application is still pending, it says to log into the account to check the status of the application. My email and password do not work anymore and the portal says no user found !! Try calling them and there is a 35 min hold time. I'm just going to apply again from scratch with another institution, what's the worst thing that can happen? I'm not getting anything at this point anyway.
