Oleta- a year ago1.0It started out like a traditional loan process. I was told that I was approved. Thirty minutes before I was scheduled to sign thel loan documents, I was informed that I was NOT approved. I have had .any loans in my lifetime. I have repaid them ALl. On time I might add. I felt like this business was bogus and I did not like the fact that they ran my credit, added an inquiry on my score and denied me. I would NOT recommend thus place for your financial needs. Thanks but no thanks. Kind of unprofessional. My loan officer, Rachael seemed to be very enthusiastic in the. Editing ofthe process. She said that the underwriting department chose not to move forward, she was no longer nice and enthusiastic, but shirt and abrupt. I regret dealing with One Main.
