Elisabeth Deavila- a year ago1.0The complaint I have is for the so called manager / assistant manager, that received my call to so called support me! Did not give me HIS name but is the most despicable, rude, ZERO compassion, demonstrated ZERO empathy! Acts like if he owns the company, to be in a customer services industry he lacks training! Dealing with the public is difficult enough, so please someone assist him in getting communication skills. With his un-conscious bias remarks!!

Cindy Montana- 2 years ago1.0I applied for a small loan only because Credit Karma recommended. I received several text messages once the loan was submitted. I received an email to give them a call for additional information. I returned Eduardo's phone call and give him information lacking. He said he would get back with me once he submitted to supervisor. I never received a call and left several messages and voice mails without success. When I finally did speak with him and it was my understanding he did not return my calls because the loan was declined and the paperwork was SWIPED, which I'm assuming was trashed. So I guess if your declined they won't call you back...GO FIGURE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. THE ONE STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO.
