Email also states you can receive funds same day once application is complete. How do you receive funds quickly if the only person who can process loans is not in the office for consecutive days? Should they advertise same days funds if they are not staffed properly to be able to follow through with the advertisement?

Office manager was so rude and the lady that I spoke to the day before was also rude and apparently can't do her job right. No communication at all. Will never use this place again. The branch manager answered the phone very rudely. Then wondered why I was frustrated. When I had already did the same thing the day before. Don't use the people. The have no customer service.

The customer service is terrible. Either these workers getting paid pennies or they hitting a lick on the management because they need some real good fine tuning. And the branch manager is trash. She was trying to put my business on front street and talking over me instead of listening because she wants to be the big boss. Too bad that mentality only works at this job and nowhere else. We don’t care about you out here or over there. You can’t embarrass me by blurting out something that I’ve made peace with and working to correct. Before my experience, I was actually going to recommend a friend to do business here. Not happening but that’s okay, they’ll find some more struggling souls to prey on.
