Mark W- a year ago1.0Ana who works as a window teller or clerk is the worst in customer service. She is trying all her best to give customers a hard time to make the transaction as hard as possible. I once went there to complete a Western Union transaction but she refused to complete it and she gave me a hard time. I then went to another Money Tree location and they completed the transaction immediately without any difficulty or irrelevant questions. Because of this employee called Ana, I decided to never set foot in this location again. She has a bad attitude and poor customer service.
