It makes me feel like I'm just calling someone personal phone when they answer hello. It makes me not want to make my payment. I believe a business should be professional and say the business name when someone calls.

I’ve already got approved for another loan so it is not about that but she was so very rude and just said she wouldn’t do it anyways because I had a past loan in collections...from years ago. But she was extremely rude about it. Her tone was not pleasant and she has zero customer service. I get it, I had something in collections from my past, but to be so blunt and rude about it is completely unnecessary. This company allows someone like this to represent them and it is embarrassing for both myself and the company.
