Alexis Garcia- a year ago1.0Terrible tone in service from Lisa, cut me off while talking and giving information. When she asked where I’d lived given I’d move I was trying to remember the dates seemed as if I was not talking fast enough for her and then proceeded to tell me that what I’d mentioned was all she needed. I’m not a super sensitive person but I also work for a credit union and it’s displeasing having to check a representative’s attitude towards the customer. The call was 9 minutes long could’ve been shorter had their not been any rude extra commentary towards the customer I’d received a notification that my credit had already been pulled so I kindly asked if I could leave a time they would be able to call me back she responded with “no” to my surprise And stated I could call back they are open 9 am following day after she said they would contact me. It’s very disappointing having people working customer service who hate customer service.
