Malisa Wallberg- a year ago1.0Where is the experience ever not only once but twice they had me transfer titles over into their names, promising me one certain amount just to turn around and lower the amount after the title was already transferred to their name. Now I’m having to report them to the Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and protection of consumers, because they have done this numerous amounts of people to where they are getting all these titles in these peoples names when people need the money and tying up their titles so they can’t go anywhere Else This place is a scam, a fraud and something needs to be done about it so I am also looking into getting an attorney and going about it a legal way and going after them in the court of law so do I recommend this place no I highly do not recommend you take your title here at all ever!!!!!

S V- a year ago5.0Kitzia Brown, the manager at this location did all that she could do to help me take car of what I owed. I was about a month behind yet kept still making payments knowing that all I was paying for was interest BUT I went in knowing this. However, when I needed help Kitzia did all that she could within her capabilities to make sure I kept my car and for that I am grateful. I've been dealing with this location for years and they're staff has always been friendly and very helpful. If you do need financial help and cannot find it anywhere else, this is the place to go.
