I do not know the name of the lady I talked to, but she at first denied that I applied online, until looking up my name. After going through my documentation she would not even try to process me for a loan, said I filled it out online wrong, and that was the only reason I was given a conditional offer. She was extremely rude, and I do not recommend this location.
