LadyEvangelin x- a year ago2.0I appreciate one main for the emergency situation I was in. I needed a loan and there was only one loan option but I still had an option. One main is not the problem I had encountered. This particular branch has a manager named Jordan. At first, when I got my loan, there were very patient and understanding. When I missed my first payment, I told them my situation, and it sounded like they didn’t care an wasn’t listening. I get it, I’m a new borrower. I haven’t spoken with them to get to know me. But the fact of the matter that I felt my situation wasn’t being taken into consideration and giving them a date of a payment and telling them my future plans for the payments to make sure I get and stay current. Told them a date and they said “You’ll be a first payment default” I get that. I too work for a loan company. It was the fact that after that statement she said in a very condescending or rude way “we’ll be calling you on the 5th” basically disregarding anything I had said. I did not appreciate the bombardment of calls after on the 5th. I was called 4 times. The next day, 5 times and then we’d, 4 more times. I am absolutely livid with how many times I was called. I will not be speaking to anyone from this office after this. This I my first and last loan with this particular office.

Average Joe Reviews- 3 years ago1.0After getting my loan from this place, they asked if I wanted to do auto pay. I told them NO I do not want to do auto pay. I don’t like the idea that someone has the control over when they get their payment. They even took the money early and put me in the negative. I also received over draft fees for going into the negative. If it hadn’t been for them stealing my money I wouldn’t be in this position. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
