Will never use this company again. During the length of this contract they were very prompt in demanding payment. Upon final payment was told that title would be mailed within 7 to 10days. I called them at 21 days and was told Holiday caused delay but will be in mail this week, at 27 days was told "yes, we still have your title but will be mailed as soon as possible delay because of vacations, unless you want to come pick it up in Nashville I don't know what else to tell you "and Chelsea proceeded to hang up on me.

I paid insurance on the car they put temp tag on car then there was a problem with my income apparently. I had a serious issue with my leg & the dealership informed me they wanted the dates I was off work, reason for leave & even my W2 for the prior year! No I don’t have the best credit in the world due to a nasty divorce but I can go to another place no problem but today is the 1st time I’ve ever had a place to loan money asking for medical information.

In 2018 i was sick in and out the hospital so i wasn't able to work and i was fully in contact with melissa flynn through email! i would make payments when ever i get money! so recently i get this nasty letter so i called and spoke to the manager ashley she hung up on me twice and said some nasty things to me about how i should have made a payment last year ( not knowing i was in and out the hospital) so i called again and spoke to rick he was nicer so i thought! he said they can store the car until i make a payment i said that was fine and the tow ppl was suppose to call and they did not came and got it and i couldn't get my stuff out! I called rick back and he couldn't even tell me why he lied! I emailed the owner and still waiting for a reply! But MERIDIAN BUYERS GROUP IS LIARS AND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ON TOP OF THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY CONTRACT THAT I BEEN ASKING FOR!!!
