Stephanie Watkins- a year ago1.0I took out a loan and I get to the very end of paying it and some type of way for the last 3 months of my last payments I end having to pay more the following month than what was told to me. I truly feel that somehow I am being ripped off. It's like they tax you more towards the end. I would not ever recommend anyone to the Matteson branch. There is no way I get told one amount then the following month it's a different amount. Very unprofessional!!!!!
